other stakeholders.

Interviews (personal, admission, discharge, etc.);
questionnaires; phone surveys; community "speak outs"; site visits to mental health providers;
and, review of relevant records and documentation.

Mental health system issues are the main focus of the Team. If a consumer has an individual
problem or complaint, the Team can assist in contacting the Ombuds Service.
