Hearing Impaired

Individuals with hearing impairments should contact GCBH through the Hearing Impaired Telecommunications Relay Service at 1-800-833-6384 or dial "711". This service will then arrange for the translation of speech as indicated by the person's needs. If a family member contacts GCBH on behalf of a Hearing Impaired person, the Customer Services representative will contact "711" on that person's behalf and arrange for the three way communication to occur.
