Quality Review Team
The QRT reviews the performance of contracts and the Region through the collection of information from consumers, family members, advocates, service providers, underserved communities, and other stakeholders through interviews (personal, admission, discharge, etc.); questionnaires; phone surveys; community "speak outs"; site visits to mental health providers; and, review of relevant records and documentation.
Mental health system issues are the main focus of the Team. If a consumer has an individual problem or complaint, the Team can assist in contacting the Ombuds Service.
